After speaking to the Billing Dept. At Net Zero I was told to e-mail my complaint to this address. I had free tech support from July 19 to Aug. 19 but charges were put on my credit card. My free tech support number is 035682660 and the charges were all for July 19 in the amount of $13.65, $17.55 and another $17.55, total $48.75. Plus I was supposed to get one month free service since I was without Internet service for over a month. That total is $9.95, posted July 27. The total is $58.70 and I want these charges credited to my credit card.
