I went to the site BuyFastBrite.com to order the headlight cleaner that is advertised on TV for $10 for two bottles plus S/H. The site worked very oddly and I tried to get information on how much the shipping and handling would be before I completed the order. But it wouldn't allow that. So I attempted to cancel without any luck either. Next thing I know I am being charged for three additional items also that I never wanted plus a whooping $31.80 for S/H. This made a total of $63.74. I tried to contact them by phone immediately without any luck. Even the email copy of the billing that they sent me states that you cannot reply to it to contact them. From the billing I see that their company is called Plymouth Direct. They sure seem to be hiding from the consumers by making it so difficult to talk to them. So much for the quarantee they claim on TV for this product. You would never be able to reach them. I have seen this on TV for a long time and can't believe they haven't been shut down by authorites. I have contacted my credit card and will stop payment and if the items ever show up will send them back.
