Plymouth direct When I made the phone call to cancel my order that should have been done without the run around I recieved. My card has been credited by this company so all is well

Plymouth direct did credit my card. This should have been an easy order it is sad that a consumer has to go through the stress to order one small item. When I call to order an item this is what I want, Not a list of things I am not interested in that you recive by a recording that has all the time in the world to keep you on the phone.By hanging the phone up before you listen to everything it scares you wondering if you didnt push the correct number how many more items you will pay for. I hope for the rest of you out there the wrongs will also be made right sickofbs
