I registered with VCsales.com and ordered a quantity of 500 virtual gold for the game world of warcraft that was suppose to be delivered to my character in game.
I waited and waited. Finally I went on their online live chat to see where my gold was. I already paid for it via paypal. After numerous excuses I saw that my order on their website said it was completed. So I again contacted customer service and explained that I didn't get my gold. So they checked it out and the excuse this time was that the delivery character that they used was banned, and the gold seized by blizzard. They then told me they would re deliver it in 12 hours. A week later I told them on live chat to just refund my money. They said they will deliver it that day. Next thing I know I get a email saying it was delivered. I checked my character and see that it wasn't. So I again live chatted and told them to refund my money and delete my registry with them. They argued that they delivered it and disconnected me. I then went on live chat via a different name and email address, and told them that I was the same person and that I was going to report them on this site if in 24 hours my gold wasn't delivered. They told me to calm down and that it will be delivered in 12 hours again. 28 hours later no gold. I am currently talking live chat asking for a refund again. They said wait 3 hours then changed it to 4 hours. Well see..
