Looking to renew passport. I thought because the site was https, that it was a legite one. Apparently it's not. I started to question it when it says it has to wait for 10 days to clear payment. (why wait when it's electronic check) went two weeks to the site to check status, says in process. Went back again last Friday, Nov. 4, can't access site. Now i know it is a scam. Actually opened a case with bank to contest payment. Have to wait what will happen next.
