I was looking for the US State Department on line, and this organization came up offering to get my passport for me for a fee payable by electronic check. I filled out all the passport forms (I thought), and paid a $149.00 processing fee by electronic check. This was 3 months ago, and I have heard absolutely nothing from these people since. I feel that I have been scammed.
