Placed order on 10/6. Card charged $381.59 on 10/6. No response whatsoever from company. Phone call refers caller to website which never responds. It's now 11/6 and I started checking them out - too late. Refer to ConsumerAffairs.com. The list of complaints and a complaint history back to 2009 says it all. Who/what agency is able to get these thieves offline?
