I ordered a product from this company over a month ago. Thier website indicated that the product was backordered. After a couple of weeks I found out that they charged my credit card but did not send the product. I tried to contact them by telephone but they dod not have a person to talk to.instead they direct you to the customer service section on the website. I placed five different complaints on the website and have received no response as of this time. I can only assume that the site is a scam and they have stolen my money. Someone needs to take legal action against the site to keep this from continuing to other people.
