On 15th August I purchased a HP Mini 210-1020sa net book from Tesco. On Friday 7th January the hard disk drive failed. I phoned Tesco and was told as it was after 28 days, faults were dealt with by the maker, i. E HP.
Then the problems started, On saturday the 8th I contacted HP by phone, got through to a Call Centre probably in India. I was then put on hold on and waited and waited. After an hour I gave up. I emailed HP and got an automated reply claiming someone would get in touch. I am still waiting!!!
Horrendous After Sales experience, would have to warn anyone thinking of purchasing HP to be very very careful indeed.
