I ordered my grocery shopping from tesco.com and they failed to deliver my shopping after taking the payment for both the shopping and delivery. I called them up and I was told that the driver run out of time and that they can deliver the following day as there is no spots available and on top of that I will have to wait 5 days for a refund. I am a single mother and I have been left out of pocket and feeling very offended by the response I got when I enquired about my delivery. I then sent to emails to the head office to receive no response. I am extremely upset and annoyed by how I have been treated as a customer and person.
