I just called to see what was going on with my refund that I requested more that a month ago, just for them to tell me that I have to send the 4 denials letters from home owners! REALLY!!!? What type of company is this! I explained the guy that the lady that took my cc # never told me about the terms and conditions and he said that I could not get my money until I sent them 4 denial letters. All I can say is SCAM!!!
