Motorola - Verizon Wireless
Verizon blames motorola for defective product, my contract is with verizon for services (Phones) 8 in 7 mos

We have 2 Motorola Rival phones from Verizon, in 7 mos. We have had 6 replacements sent to us. Out of the 8 phones we have had 6 have had the same exact problem. The phones lock up or turn off when in use, ie when replying to a text or when answering a call. Most Xs the phone will restart after a few minutes. Frequently we need to remove the battery to get the phone to reset.
