We made a purchase for Ren Faire tickets for the next day - Saturday - when they somehow changed it to Friday - a day that was almost over. We instantly cancelled and we were assured they would refund our original 10.00. Not only did they not refund us - they charged us a second time. When we complained they insisted it was not their system but our bank.
So our bank began an investigation and concluded that there was no error - the company charged us twice but it was under the 50.00 guarantee limit so there was nothing they could do.
When we informed Groupon of this instead of actually DOING anything they insisted it was not their problem but ours.
