In August Groupon offered a discount coupon to a Tattoo shop. I
bought 4 of the coupons at $49 each. Groupon offers a refund policy.
So the next day I changed my mind on the tattoo and requested a refund
for all 4 Groupons.
They refunded me for only 3 of them... Ripping me off for $49.
I emailed and called every day and they kept saying they refunded all 4 of them, and then blamed it on my bank.
To this day, I have my bank statement where it shows I was only refunded for 3 of the $49 charges. Not all 4 of them.
Prior to this happening, I used Groupon very often. However, since this incident I have not used them since, not once.
No one there would listen to me, they were very argumentative, and no one would give me the refund that I am owed.
They owe me $49.
