First off, I ordered a M/L but they sent a L/XL. I placed the order on September 30th to ensure I would have a costume in time. When I went to Forplay site to order, unbeknownst to me, their site was out of stock and redirected me to order from one of their partners, Isis Boutique. The order pushed thru the Isis boutique site, but the Forplay site is where I began the order placment process and in fact placed an order for a pair of shoes at the same time. I received the shipment in the 2 weeks quoted, by now its almost Oct 10, got the costume, tried it on and it was too big.

Inside the bag there was a notice to contact them if I want an exchange, however there was no contact info ie phone number or email or physical address. So I had to go back to Forplay site and search for contact info at that time I located phone number (626) 401-1678 and contacted them for exchange instructions. I spoke with a femaIe at this number, was told to send the costume back to 9440 Gidley St., Temple City, CA 91780 when I asked them for an authorization number they stated I do not need one. At that time I asked are you sure and advised them of the company info on the invoice I had, the girl put me on hold, came back and stated she spoke with a manager and that she gave me the correct info. I rushed out to 3 day express the costume to address given (see ups tracking 1ZA0E2581287965077). Once I had tracking I followed this up with an email to Forplay Catalog ([email protected]) at which time they informed me the order was actually pushed thru a retailer of theirs, Isis Boutique and they gave me their info.

When I followed through with the tracking info, the helpful agent at Isis Boutique, Tiffany, advised me that I was given the incorrect address and that I would have had to have an authorization number. She agreed to take over and assist, well she could not get Forplay to help either, she told me she had contacted them and they told her my package would be rejected. However the tracking does not reflect the unit was rejected and I have yet to receive the merchandise back.tiffany with Isis Boutique agreed to get the right size out to me asap for all my trouble and then just have me return the wrong size when I got it back. However after a week Tiffany finally informed me they had no more in stock and that she would conact Forplay again on my behalf to get me the right size, again Forplay failed to recognize the issue they caused and told her none in stock.

I requested a refund from Isis Boutique (was informed I cannot get refund until the unit is received back by them but I have yet to receive the unit back from Forplay warehouse) and contacted Forplay, I attempted to speak with them on over 2 occasions, spoke with managers and I was called a liar and told they do not believe I was redirected or given that address by an agent if not ordered direct through them. I beg to differ and will contact my phone company for phone records to prove it and as you can see have the tracking number above showing that item was delivered to their warehouse). This all could have been avoided had Forplay Cataloges agent looked up my account properly and advised me properly, and it upsets me bc when I originally called them with the issue was told it was a simple process. And when I voiced my eariness on sending the unit back without authorization was told they spoke with manager and to do what they said. At no time did any of the managers I spoke with ask me for any details such as my tracking etc which leads me to believe they are incompetent and this cannot be the first time this has happened.
