I returned sweater within the guidelines (7 days) which they received. I was informed that my refund would be issued the following day on the 09/27. It has still not been refunded

I purchased and received a costly cashmere sweater online from CO2 cashmere directly. The sweater was of very poor quality and was not happy with the product.
