I purchased and received a costly cashmere sweater online from CO2 cashmere directly. The sweater was of very poor quality and was not happy with the product. I returned the sweater within the guidelines (7 days, with RMA, and via FedEx) to ensure smooth return. I emailed the company on 9/27 to make sure they received the sweater and they replied that they had and the refund would be processed the next day. It is now 10/7 and the refund still has not been processed.
I have tried to contact the company by email several times since, and now they will not respond. I have tried to find a phone number for them, and when I did it said it was disconnected. This company has not done what it has said it would as per its own guidelines.
