Charged for Free Credit Report Without Authorization

I requested free credit report and I was charged for what I thought was free. I did not authorize any banking account charges. This is terrible. I'm a senior on a fixed income. Every penny counts. In your next window you're requiring me to sign up register my complaint. No way
