David Blackmon ordered valentines day flowers from u on 2/14 for Connie Jenkins to be delivered to The Arlington Hotel between 5:30 & 6:00 pm. The money was taken out of our account but no flowers were ever delivered. Customer service is giving us a run around. Please contact us at 318-422-7297 We demand a refund!
