My boyfriend was out of town on business and had flowers sent to me... When they showed up at the door, they were half dead. Three days later when my boyfriend came home, he asked if those were the flowers that were delivered and I said yes. He paid 70 dollars for flowers that looked like they were picked up from your local grocery store, and they weren't even the flowers he had ordered and got delivered late after paying extra for same day service! After the 7th call and 2nd email with pictures, we are told there is no way for a refund. Please don't ever use them!!! Horrible
