Bought Inspiron 1720 Vista in 2008.in 2009 Dell techs switched Vista to Window 7.60 Techs never told me that my laptop can't have Window 7 because hardware too small and drives don't work. All this time Dec 7 to October 7/20ll I was with their software coverage 15 times 4 incidents @ $238.00=$3570.00 and I nothing but problems. Everybody lied tech supervisors and finally got 1 honest one who told me the truth. My hardware went because of all this. I was lied to from the time it went in by them. I was always with them bought my software from Dell. All I got was lies!!
