I have been going to NTB for about 2 years now - using the best oil I can use in my 2005 Chevy Cavalier - two times now I have found they hadn't put anything in - no steering fluid for which I lost power - no oil for which it was burning and the steering fluid pump was broken - we don't know when it broke - its out in teh open and they should notified me it needed replaced. I don't even know how I past my emission test. They told me my back brakes needed replaced - gave me an estimate which was extremely to high - I called around and took it somewhere else upon which time (new mechanic) showed me the front was worse - down to metal and a groove was starting in the router. I am freakin mad! No one will listen - but I intend to spread this all over the world if need be. Please do not go to NTB (Tire Kingdom) whatever else they are called - they are not professional mechanics. I want the price of my last oil change and cost to do both sets of brakes and steering fluid pump which for that was $932.62 - oil change was $76.
