They tood the coupon from my wife, changed the oil but told her she needed Power steering fluid change and transmission fluid change. When she said no, they used great pressure tactics (4 men against the female customer) They told her there wasn't time to rotate the tires (even she was the only customer there!!!) Price for power steering fludid change was $109 and transmission fluid was also $109.00
