And went to next page and could not go back in the program anywhere to find a phone number to cancel. I was not aware until I recieved my bank statement that they billed $2.95 on 8/30 then $94.95 on 9/11 and then again on 10/1 $99.90. When I called to ask for my $ back the girl was very rude to me saying that the 30 day supply only had 12 days for the trial offer and I had no recourse. I explained that no where on the web pages from my inital order had a phone number to canccel and I had to wait for my bank statement. She then started laughing and then I heard a co-worker laughing with her, they were making fun of me. I was furious and asked to talk to a supervisor she said he was in a meeting and I could not talk to them. Then I told her I wanted to talk to another supervisor and all the sudden he was available. Next a man got on the phone and was just as sarcastic as the girl before him. Next I explained to him that there is no way that in 6 days of recieving a product will you know if it is working yet. He then stated that their phone number was on a confirmation e-mail that I recieved. I looked at all my e-mails and I did not recieve a confirmation e-mail on my original order. I was on the phone with him looking for it and it was non - existant. He then told me they were not resposible for providing a phone number and if I was a mature adult I would have been able to contact them. When I recieved both bottles there were no phone numbers, and there were no phone numbers on the website, and I did not recieve this non - existant e-mail confirmation with their phone number. This compant is a scam, because of the trial time and no phone number to reach the company to cancel. They should be put out of business.
