Received unsolicited phone call representing credit card services (ccs) with offer to reduce high interest rate balance on existing card, with guaranty of reduced payment and interest savings within specified months. The ccs rep knew of the banks name and the credit card type. After confirming remaining credit card balance the ccs rep solicited the credit card's number and exp date. The scam was then turned over to a ccs closer rep who informs me that another ccs "negotiator rep" would contact within 7 days. That has not happened yet, however ccs continues to call offering the very same scam. 10/17/11
