My daughter got me voting on facebook and by email for her favorite band on a world wide battle of the bands on the internet. It started out to be fun and interesting and the winner was going to get a thousand dollars. We were voting everyday from september 3 to september 26 and then something went wrong because Gonzalo Arzamendi and his little production company called Arzuk Productions couldn't handle the pressure when a lot of people started talking about him and how he didn't know how to run his own contest so he canceled the battle of the bands 4 days early. I am furious that my daughter had to see all this and that most likely she will never participate in a battle of the bands ever again. She was very disappointed and so was I that a full grown man canceled the contest for no apparent reason. I'm appalled at his lack of explanation and unprofessional behavior. Somebody should have won the 1000 dollars but instead Gonzalo Arzamendi posted on his facebook that he will donate the money to charity and that there will be no winner. This is completely wrong. He not only wasted our time but he also wasted the time of the hundreds of voters and also the 41 contestants. It is my belief that Gonzalo Arzamendi not only insulted all the talented artists and the voting public but that he should be banned from ever holding another contest for as long as he lives.
