I requested samples from Perfect Radiance at the beginning of August and paid £2.97 towards postage. They have since the taken £195.00 from my account spread over 3 transactions. I have just phoned the bank to instruct them not to make any further payment to this company. It would appear that the payments have been set up as continuous payment and the bank have to notify Perfect Radiance that they are stopping the payments and have to give them 31 days notice!!! If Perfect Radiance withdraw further funds within the next 31 days there is nothing the bank can do... What a joke!!
