Perfect Radiance
Consumer Report

I sent off for a Perfect Radiance and another sample as advertised on Facebook, with just a charge for postage. I received two separate samples, neither of which was Perfect Radiance. One is called Revitol Moisturising Cream (59ml) and the other Dermology Anti-Aging Serum (28g). They arrived separately and neither had any paperwork with them. I'm not sure of the date I sent off for them and can't find the payment on my bank statements. However, today I checked my recent bank statement online and found that the company had taken £74.95 from my bank account. I was horrified. From reading posts on the internet it seems that I have 'signed up' to something. As I paid on a debit card it looks like I'll have to cancel my card to stop any further payments. This is definitely a case of false advertising, although I saw somewhere that someone said that it was in the small print somewhere. I did think it was suspicious that there were no packing slips with the parcels and there have been no follow-up emails. I had expected to be bombarded with emails encouraging e to buy the product, but nothing. Now I know why! This sort of practice is disgraceful.
