Ordered a sample which I never recieved since then I have had two payments of £79.5 taken out of my bank. My bank (Santander) says it cannot stop the payment even though it recognises it is a scam. I have e mailed perfect radiance telling them I want to cancel and they deny any knowledge of me as a customer. I am worried that they will take even more money from my account
