I have been calling the ph # that they gave on the letter, and for 3 days I have called and called trying to get ahold of a PERSON TO CANCEL THIS WHOLE MESS, BUT I can't even get thru... And believe me holding a phone for 30 minutes and still no help is very upsetting. And I'v done this all day now for 3 days!!
