Redeemed my e-rewards dollars for a $50 restaurant.com gift card (code to be emailed to me within 30 minutes). It did not arrive. I followed e-rewards directions in submitting a complaint and received a Issue #, but no follow up.
I also have not yet received my $25 I-tunes card (by mail), though the 30 days they suggest for processing and shipping is still a few days away from elapsing.
(E-miles on the other hand sent me my Amazon gift card within minutes!)
