I ask for medical advice on the condition of epilepsy. I was informed to pay a fee (£26) before a doctor could reply. I waited for a few hours without a reply.
The following day I contacted justanswer & demanded a refund. I was informed that this would be dealt with. Since then i have tried to find an address or phone number (uk no) without success.
