I ordered trial offer of PuraSilk and NueScience combo for shipping charges, $3.95 for PuraSilk and $5.95 for NueScience on August 11. I received the PuraSilk shipment first. Before the shipment arrive, I had read the fine print that they would charge my account in 12 days unless I called and cancelled and received a RMA # (return merchandise authorization). I called and cancelled the order and sent package back on August 22 via USPS with return receipt and RMA#. I received my September statement (September 10) and had no charge so I thought this was resolved. I received my October statement today and was charged $89.99. I called and they are trying to claim it was lost in the mail and unless I had the return receipt number I was out of luck. I had disgarded the return receipt, my mistake, because I thought this issue was resolved. I did receive a credit from NueScience, but I sent that package via UPS. The interesting thing is I was charged for PuraSilk that exact same day I was credited by NueScience.

I am trying to get credited by issuing a dispute with my credit card company. I tried to find PuraSilk with the bbb so I could issue a complaint, but the company is not in their files.
