My friend sent me an email with a website link for Purasilk. I click on it and ordered two products - one for $3.95 (the purasilk) and another product for $2.95. I paid for both. I did not see any disclosure or notice of any kind on the website. Later I was billed twice ($74.94 each) and am now in dispute for the amount. Purasilk insists that I enrolled in a plan to receive the cream unless I cancelled within 14 days. When I went back to the website (after I had been billed), it had been removed and the ad was no longer available. I sent back the second package and was billed for two shipments (one that I returned and another that I never received.) The second company settled with me and I sent back the second order. Purasilk is still seeking payment and it has yet to be resolved.
