Time shares by owner resell companies are all fraudulent. Beware. I am a sales professional and as the economy went south I needed to find a sales position with a company so that I could continue to earn income and support my family. I that search I quickly found industries that were not ethical however as I would not use my talents to rip someone off I was usually out of the opportunity after the first day seeing how they lied and cheated their prospects. None were more horrific than timeshare resellers. The income potential is very good and I could definitely have used the income. Some phone salespeople in this industry are earning get this $8,000 and even more weekly on a regular basis. I could definitely do the same however after the first company I applied to and got the job, the second day was enough for me to know that they were ripping people off. Thinking that it was just this one company I searched and visited and was hired by 5 off them. All five were crooks. The last one was who they claimed as the largest in the industry with 13 years of history. They were no different. Just outright cheats and lyers.
How hey do it is they buy leads from these unscrupulous companies as a person is ripped off by one company, they sell the information to another company who then attempts to sell them again and again. These thieves only care about their money and have no care about selling the properties. They will call out to the prospective victim and tell tem that they already hired them and that they already have done the work and that they have people ready to rent or buy their unit. If the victim says they are not interested because they have already paid (because these people usually have) they the phone salesperson will tell the prospective victim that there is a balance due for what ever they want to earn and that if they will not pay the balance they will be placed in collections. Unfortunately this works with many people. The top phone sales people in this industry and the owners of these companies and franchises are crooks. They usually get the victim to record a message after the lengthy pitch and will continue to rerecord the message until they get the victim to answer the right answers so they protect themselves. Its really a shame that the government allow this to go on still today there are thousands of people everyday being taken by these thugs. Dont trust any of them they are all thugs and crooks. If you have been taken by these companies, call your attorney general and complain, complain complain. Do not pay a company to get your money back up front either.
