Was on a website talking about how to check vehicle backgrounds as we were going to buy a car. Began to fill out info. Did not complete the request and was charged 18.95. Called them when it showed up on my bank statement. They said they would remove 1/2 of it. I explained they needed to remove the WHOLE charge. They said they would then this month the bank charge showed a refund of the monies but then there was another charge for the same 18.95 so I still have not gotten back my money yet. I called the number it said no one available for phone support to go to the website and the website is currently not available. This is frustrating!!!
