I recently called your company for help with my password to set up my wireless printer. I contacted this number: 1-800-326-7114. I called them numerous times and talked to Rob last. I told him that i need an 8 character password in order to set up my wireless printer and he kept giving me a 14 character one. He starting raising his voice at me telling me the same thing over and over when that wasn't the right password because I had tried it while he was on the phone. I know you have access to the password on my computer and he failed and finding me that. I am very upset with this company at how long it takes you to get my information. I called three times today and they asked me the same questions everytime. Keep a record of that because it gets old telling you the same thing over and over when I just got done talking to your customer service half an hour ago. Its unprofessional and I will not be purchasing any products from you again.
PS I have YET to get my right password. VERY upset.
