I ordered a Linksys Router from AOL for my computer. AOL gave me a technical support number for Linksys if I had trouble hooking up my Router. I called the Linksys technical support line 15 times in two days. Linksys continually bashed AOL and said AOL bought thousands of these Routers from them and they do not work. Totally untrue.
What Linksys refused to tell me was all I needed was a phone adapter network card. Everytime I called Linksys all they did was send me out to buy more of their products. I ended up with $300.00 of their products and nothing worked. Linksys has very bad business ethics. They can not stand AOL because they are a number 1 internet connection.
Stay away from their products. After what I went through I will never buy another one of their products. Besides everytime I called Linksys everyone of their phone employees told me something different. If you could talk to someone who spoke good english. Stay away from linksys. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
