I placed an order for earrings by phone on June 27. The earrings cost $138 with shipping. At the time I had a $99 credit and another $38.95 was charged to my Amex. The earrings were never delivered and after about a month I started calling. Eventually, I cancelled the order and was promised a refund. It never came. Now nobody answers the customer service line and nobody answers online complaints. The company is still in business, probably trying to sell a maximum of merchandise before going bankrupt.
