I ordered a bed from this online retailer on Sept 10. When placing the order I had the sales person check the inventory so as I did not have a problem getting the merchandise. I was assured there were many in stock at the manufactures warehouse in California and it would be shipped out within a few days. Cymax had the Modus Furniture in stock inventory on their computer. I ordered the bed, they charged my account that day and I have been waiting for the item to arrive. I was given a delivery date of Sept 26-28. On Serpt 29 I called as the ordered showed "in process" on Cymax website, promised a call within 24-48 hours on status. Called back Oct 3 and was told wait another day as I was sure to get the email. Called today 10/5 and was told the item was back ordered until Nov 30th.

They have had my money for the entire time, and will refund me the credit in 3-5 business days. I have paid interest on the amount and requested a small credit of $5.00 for my carrying costs and they said no. This company makes money on charging credit cards, getting the cash when the may well know the item is unavailable. Do not trust them.
