I was looking online @ my account and noticed two charges that I didn't recognize. I called my credit union and found out where these charges came from and they gave me a phone number to call. Every time I call I just get a recording saying wait for the next customer service representative, but no one comes to the phone. It also states you can contact them by e-mail, but this is what I got, "they're a scam"! So how do I get my money back?
