I noticed that this month the usual 5 charges I had on my credit card should have left money on my card and when I reviewed it, I noticed for dec & jan charges for unknown charge of 19.99.
It seemed to be listed as GreatFun and when we called the number provided on the Merchant call back it was no longer in service and the number it forward to was a 900 number... Nothing identified the company on the number when we called or who it was forward to.
We looked online and noticed once we googled that there were other people with the same problem. They insisted that when any of their sales people call, that right at that moment any information they take or send, that is authorizing a charge to start up membership.
Others when we called the customer care number stated once the forms are sent out that customers had to activate their membership before any charges are made. We had no paperwork or forms and didn't authorize any charges. I have had to put in a dispute with my credit card services to dispute to have the removed.
While I wait for the dispute with the bank, I have to wait to get medications. They are rude over the phone and when you get someone who can understand or speak english well, they are clueless.
