I first spoke to Michelle K. On 9/23, I was told I received a $7,000.00 government grant. John Myers said there are over 15,000 participants getting this government grant. I had to pay for an application fee of $129.00 to start the process. There after another fee for western union of $333.00 and the day after a fee for a security deposit of $389.00 to release the $7,000.00 to me/and the security deposit would be added into the final grant payout. It took awhile for me to contact them. I asked them why am I sending it to Belhi, India and said it was for charity and donation reasons in which will be refunded back to me in the grant. That being said I though it was okay to proceed with the transaction. I have given them my Wells Fargo bank information such as account and routing number for them to wire the money to me. The next few days they had said the bank had denied the transfer and said it had to route through Western Union. Having said I have paid on 10/1 the amount of $990.00, on 10/3 the amount of $987.00 and on 10/3 the amount of $991.00 this was to pay a 10% fee for I.R.S. The morning of 10/4 after all the transaction was cleared Norman Chambers (a Grant manager) redirected me to Oliver John a Western Union manager said I have to make another transfer of $986.00 for them let Western Union release the funds to me. But, had to wait a period of 25 days for the I.R. S to clarify my transaction to Western Union. I had received another phone call a few minutes ago from Norman Chambers around 3:30pm MST. Asking when I will make final transaction to receive $11,748.00 in the grant payout. I replied that I will make this final transaction in a few days which I'm not.
