In June i had the starter replaced in my car, in March it had to be replaced again. I talked to the Corp office and all they would do is replace the starter and i would have to pay the labor fees. Her is my complaint, i just found out that both starters are reconditioned as a consumer i trust these big companies to fix my car with new parts and if they dont they should tell you it is recondiontion so you can decide if you want that or not. All i want now is to have a "new" starter installed in my car and the labor fees refunded to me.
