Brought my car to MORE to have the starter replaced. After 4 months the starter failed again. I called Stewart and he had me tow the car back to his garage. They supposedly replaced the starter again. At this point, they could not get the car to start. They gave up on the car and I agreed to tow the car to another garage.
At the second garage, they determined the starter was the fault and installed a rebuilt starter. The car started fine with a new starter. They also informed me that the starter they removed was not a rebuilt or new starter, but an old starter.
I returned with the old starter to MORE auto repair and confronted him with it. Stewart Winston then informed me that they did not replace my starter, but only partially rebuilt it each time.
Since a originally paid for a starter replacement, I asked him to refund the original charges.
