I am writing this review about the November 11th appliance sale. We purchased the LG bundle on November the 22nd would have purchased on the 14th but such a huge response could not order that day so we went with the Maytag but was not happy really wanted the LG. Went back to the store on the 22nd and they were able to get the LG instead of the Maytag. We did not need appliances as we are slowly but surely trying to finish our house so wanted them delivered in Febuary. Well we received the appliances, everything looked great but as i kept looking something was just not right. The refridgerator does not match the rest of the appliances. I contacted the store immediately they asked me to take picture and bring down and show them, Didnt do any good they gave me a huge line of BS they showed me a picture of a refridgerator the one they said was the Lg on sale an old black and white photo that actually is in their 11252010 circualr ad, could not produce the add they hade for 11|11| and as a matter of fact you cannot find the flyer anywhere i have been online searching when i find the link nothing. I did see on one web page has been removed because of. A legal complaint, wow the manager at the Sevierville Tn home Depot said they sold huindreds and im the only one complaining. I find that hard to believe, I know what i purchased and this refridgerator does not match the other appliances, my theory is they had such an overwhelming response and the sale and didn't have enough appliance so they made another one that looks cheap and doesnt match the rest of the applaince. The staff in Sevierville done NOTHING to resolve and has pretty much called me a lair. The care center not much help either talked to Steve at care center and as i began my story as what has happened when i mentioned 11|11|2010 appliance sale he interrupted me with a response and with a chuckle (I bet i know what happened) with a chuckle but go ahead with your story. After I explained he seemed very nice and understanding. He put me on hold and called the Seviervill store after 3 minutes he clicked back over to me his whole attitude changed said they would call todaty 02|03|11. Have not heard a word. That flyer is gone nobody will produce Went to my local newspaper not in newspaper called several stores in the surrounding counties and no0ne has that flyer, Something not added up. I have consulted an attorney i have been treated unfairly. All i want is for them to make it right and they won't own up to it.
