I purchased appliances for my entire kitchen October of last year. At that time, I spoke with Tim T. And asked if there would be a problem buying then and having them hold the appliances until my house was completed in early 2011. He told me it wouldn't be a problem; however, I've now been in my house nearly 2 months without a refridgerator. I began giving them notice 3 weeks before my house was finished, they said most of the appliances would need to be reordered. The actual closing was pushed back a week because inspector couldn't complete his job without the cooktop. I finally received everything but the refridgerator, and after battling with them for 2 months, I finally had to get my money back—not easy with a new house, wife, and two kids with no fridge. They didn't even refund me enough money to replace the refridgerator I had ordered from them. Unbelievably poor business practice.
