Every salesperson and the manager at the Springfield VA store could care less about customer service, but they do one thing right - nail your credit card. You pay up front and forget about getting your purchase or any updates on it being on backorder for a month. I was on hold all day with no return phone calls from finding out why my appliances were not being delivered to getting confirmation on the cancelled order - I will NEVER use Home Depot appliance dept again.
