Every salesperson and the manager at the Springfield, VA store could not care less about customer service, but they do one thing right: they take your credit card. You pay up front and can forget about getting your purchase, or any updates on it being on backorder for a month. I was on hold all day with no return phone calls, trying to find out why my appliances were not being delivered and then to get confirmation of the cancelled order. I will NEVER use the Home Depot appliance department again.
