I have been a customer of theirs for over 3 years. When I called to get a delivery of 300 gallons ($1000.00) I was told it was to be pre paid or credit card only. When asked why, they said since my last delivery, (Feb 22) full payment was 60 days, not 30. I think I have a good track record of payment. They received 2 payments in 30,1 in 45 and the balance in 60. They never had a problem with this before. I wonder what terms they give the elderly on fix incomes? Since they don't want to work with me, I want my cap lock in fee returned. I called and still have not received it
