Hardship program is dead in DELL

This whole nightmare began when I received a letter from Dell dated 09/05 requesting payment and it also said "Can't make minimum payment due? Other payment options are available. Please contact our offices asap", so I did. I called and spoke to Ryan in Billing Dept. Who advised me to call the Financial Dept. Because there was nothing he could do. Well, I called the Financial Dept. And spoke to Madonna who was willing to keep my mouth shut and told me what I wanted to hear. On 9/22 a call from Donna in the Financial Dept. Brought to my attention that the agreement made with Madonna was invalid and nothing was accomplished, so I was back to ground zero.

Donna went to say that everything I agreed with Madonna was non-negotiable, invalid, and incorrect and so I tried to deal with this Donna person but I failed. Asked her about the hardship program from DELL and she went on to explain this so call "HARDSHIP" program: interest rate 25%, payments will remain the same and she went on to say this is the final word. So, I said this is not a hardship program, you are not even trying to help me at all, here I am trying to do good on my account and you are just reading from a script, which I bet she was. I explained to her the hard times I was going thru and it did not make a different to her. Dell and its associates plain lie, mislead their customers in every which way. Frustrated and stressed out I decided to look up for usacomplaints.com and make my problem public.
